How do I qualify for Affordable Housing at The Louise?
The Louise on Western is a tax credit community offering affordable apartments at both 30% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Select apartments are available through the PSH and DC Local Rent Supplement Program (LRSP). At the 50% AMI level, rents are approximately $1,413 per month.
To qualify at the 30% AMI level, applicants must have lived in Washington, D.C. for the past 6–12 months to meet the DC LRSP residency requirement.
